If my attorney quits mid case, will I have to pay her?

It depends on the terms of your fee agreement with your attorney.  If you already owe her money, then you already owe her money.  If her payment was contingent on getting you some money down the road, then it is unlikely that you will owe her anything if she voluntarily quits or withdraws.  Good luck.
