If roofer drops his hand electric tools on cement patio

roofer came on may 7 2019 6:55am I was there to greet them not one person spoke English they got right with it .Brian who makes the schedule came around 7:15am he left around 8: 00am the guy's 6 men and a driver to take roof top away about 11:38am I herd a crash by the kitchen and solid to ground so I took my camera and when out side to rake the yard and watch them because now I don't trust them and no manager to speak to on job site then at 11:45 I get out side and by the time I get to patio 12:03 I see one kid by the back door with a microwave and looks like something wrong by demeanor also I saw myself the guy dropping his electric hand tool near air unit
