QUESTION

If someone files a silly restraining order what are you required to do about it.

More details to this question:
Our community has a walk through that we all pay taxes on. A person owns a house with a bush that is two feet over her property onto the communities. Occasionally I snip two feet pricker branches off that stretch out into our walkway. Yesterday there was a sign in her window that a motion camera was in the window. She told a person she was returning in the summer to file a restraining order. I will be gone to another state for the summer. I'm sure the R. Order is meant for me as she has a history of reporting people. What would that mean for me? I am worried that I would have to return?

The TRO is not the issue its the relationship with the neighbor. You need to get that sorted out as this is an obviously escalating issue woth BOTH sides crying victim and the other is the bad guy and may need to retain counsel to address this properly.
