I'm not sure what you mean by rights of court, but you do not have a right to have your dispute adjudicated in a court if you have agreed to arbitrate.  In most states, arbitration awards must be confirmed by a court to be enforceable, but the grounds for opposing confirmation are very narrow and it is normally a perfunctory function.
