Yes I am a tenant in a low-income .. disability 10story high building..Located in E Orange NJ..The problem is due 2 it being a disability low income run and operated structure.. But this building agent is harming & threatening NOT 2 allow me enter. The building has recieved their usual rent.. The harassment against me has been a long episode..
