QUESTION

invasion of privacy

Asked on Nov 05th, 2013 on Litigation - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
My neighbors have been "Directly" video tapping my family, my property & inside of my house for 3 years. I recently have been able to obtain these video's that shows this invasion of privacy. Furthermore, the Home Owners Association "Approved" these camera's, in which I have the approval letter. I contacted this HOA and they refused to order the removal of these cameras (one of these cameras are hidden) . These videos are extremely incriminating.

If the cameras are only taping what can be seen by the naked eye, it's not an invasion of privacy. If they recorded sound, there may be a violation of state and/or federal wiretapping laws. If the cameras are hidden in your home or have some type of special view lens, you could have a case for invasion of privacy.
