Is it possible for my boyfriend to sue me for getting an abortion?

Hello I live in Georgia and my boyfriend soon to be ex which is the father of my unborn fetus is threatening to sue if I get an abortion. I'm confused on if he can because Roe v. Wade protect my right to an abortion but there so many freaking loopholes today in law. I just want to know can he sue or have me arrested before getting an abortion or afterwards?

You can do whatever you like and he cannot do anything about it as the decision is totally yours. He is an idiot that is trying to manipulate you with lies and threats so you are better off without him.

He can't have you arrested unless you have committed a crime. Having an abortion is not a crime unless it is done illegally. Even then, the persons performing the abortion would be the ones open to prosecution. I don't think you have anything to worry about regarding him suing you in civil court either for having an abortion. Unless you were trying to extort money from him to pay for an abortion that you didn't receive or weren't even pregnant. That doesn't sound like your situation however.
