Is it possible to obtain the "Final Award" document by an arbitrator against a 501(c)3?

More details to this question:
A 501(c)3 settled a civil suit against them through arbitration. As a potential donor and concerned citizen, I'm interested in reading the arbitrator's findings. ICDR Case No 50 20 1300 0952

As a general rule, arbitration proceedings are confidential.  Moreover, if the parties settled their dispute, why would there be a final award?
