Is she required to file an amended complaint each time that she drops a count in her complaint ?

Hi, I'm a defendant in a civil law suit. Originally there were 10 conts in the suit, now it's down to only 6 and the plaintiff said that she was going to drop another one. My question is, is she requied to file an amended complaint each time that she drops a count in her complaint ? Thanks, Bob

No. The claims are deemed withdrawn without need of an amended complaint.
