Is this a civil litigation case?

More details to this question:
I was walking a few miles around my neighborhood and the adjacent one. I'm not a resident of the one next door but I got stuck in their pool today. There are no private property, trespassing, etc. signs anywhere. The gate was open. It was shut but not locked. I am old and needed to go to the bathroom. It locked behind me when it shut. There is a lock on the "inside" so I could not just open the door from the inside either. There was a high fence with sharp arrows on top. I tried to climb out and got a cut on my leg. I'm telling you. Even if I was 20 I could not have gotten over that fence. There's a hedge all the way around it too so I would have hurt myself on that too..... IF I could get over the fence. So I tried calling their HOA b/c I know the name of the neighborhood. Just got transferred to voice mail first time. So then called 911. Then tried HOA again. Lady at HOA said she had to

For what? You were trespassing and got stuck in an area where you had no business going in the first place. Then you got injured doing something foolish by your own statement. Not seeing a case here. Hopefully you weren't cut too badly.
