I live in Texas and am legally married to my husband. We have an open marriage so he has girlfriends. If one of them ends up moving in with us later and he calls her his "wife" that is considered Bigamy right? What if he says Sisterwife or Polywife or any other word in combo instead of wife alone? Is that still Bigamy?

We don't have the option for two wives in Texas. Yes, technically it is illegal to have two wives.
