QUESTION

Is this considered slander?

More details to this question:
I believe that my significant other has been slandered. The mother of his child made a gofundme fundraiser online containing what I believe to be slanderous words. The information posted is inaccurate and not true. The posting is still online at the following link: https://www.gofundme.com/3bb3s36ebw Here is the section in question: "I understand that everyone has problems and it's hard to help others when we too are trying to help ourselves. I just can't sit back and watch a perfectly behaved and intelligent child change his ways and start misbehaving and detaching from his family because he is in turmoil of living in three different homes and being in the care of several different people because the father is "busy".
