Is this situation okay to file a complaint against?

I got in a car accident in 2011, won $22,000 in 2013 from case. My stepfather stole that money from me. I sued him for it in 2016, I won the case. My stepfather has to pay $400 every 15th if the month to my lawyer (he keeps $100 *for contingency fee* he gives me $300). My lawyer is supposed to be sending me $300 every month. I haven’t received a check from him since 11/22/17. I know for a fact my stepfather is making the payments or he would be in a whole lot of trouble if he wasn’t. I have been emailing my lawyer and his paralegal about it since 1/30/18 and I have only been getting replies from his paralegal saying “I have forwarded you email to your lawyer, he will respond.” Or “He’s out of town for the rest of the week, I will forward your email to him.” The thing is.. I NEVER get a response from him. His paralegal can’t send me anything without his say so. So I’m really confused about what to do at this point.
