QUESTION

Is "tribal law" called something else in Wisconsin?

Asked on Apr 16th, 2017 on Civil Litigation - Wisconsin
More details to this question:
When searching "tribal law" and "gaming law" in "Wisconsin" all searches are returned as "no results found" on this site, although I get results for other states. I don't have a legal question, I am doing research on this type of law and was just looking for law firms who practice this type of law in Wisconsin. I picked "civil litigation" as a topic since tribal is not an option and it is required that I pick something.

I am not sure you need to be looing for "tribal lawyers." There are probably in Wisconsin a very small percentage of lawyers licenesed in the state who practice this area of the law. What is the underlying case? Maybe a general civil litigation attorney can help you with the case. I don't want to guess or speculate what the nature of your legal problem may be.
