hi - I received a notice of a pending lawsuit against me, docket # dc- 011031-15 In middlesex county. My Condo association is Suing me for a total of $8296.70. The deadline to respond is 11.30.15. I am seeking what options are currently available to me. thank you.

It is really impossible to answer this question based on the information you provided. If you owe condo fees and haven't paid same, you need to pay the fees prior to the deadline to avoid court costs and interest. If you do not owe the fees, then go tocourt on that day and explain why you do not owe the fees and attempt to mediate.
