More details to this question:
Hello,
On 12/11/14 I ordered a Mcdonald's salad and found a large dead g
Grasshopper type insect in my salad. I had already started to put dressing
on the salad and had eaten the top layer. I brought the salad back to the
Manager who took the salad from me and had me write up a summary
Of the incident. He gave me my money back for the salad in cash. I did not seek medical
Attention, nor did I get the salad back or the receipt back. I did
However take 3 pictures of the insect. The Mcdonald's insurance
Adjuster called me and I relayed the story to him. He asked me what I wanted and I said
$1000. He spoke to his side and then told me he could give me $100.
He emailed me a form releasing Mcdonald's from all legal claims and lawsuits
Which I have not signed. Do I have a case or should I simply ask
For more compensation? Thank you.
