My chevy 3500hd diesel truck,water in fuel at citgo station caused my fuel injector to stick open burned valved loss compression , engine failure approx 4000. in mechanic bill and loss of use for 2months my work truck

Possbly IF you can PROVE the faulty fuel. Problem is may not be worth the legal fees to fight over it if they deny the claim.
