brother was living in house at the time he said the house was his,,not even 10 days after her murder he made arrangements with surrogates office to sign papers,,, we where not sure what to do ,,,we asked the lady how this worked but she said she would not be able to put the house in all our names only one person and he would not be able to sell anything with out splitting the shares,, after all papers where signed by all 3 of us he sold stuff out the house and her van, he closed her bank acc. and got the house in his sole name and when I called them back to find out what me and my sister could do they told us to get a lawyer not there problem now we feel stuck he is in jail as far as we know and don''t know for how long and the house is left standing for us to deal with me and my sister need to know what some of our rights are or if we even have any with everything in his name now,

Im so sorry to read about what happened to your mother. You mothers brother is wrong, and he is taking what belongs to you. You need to stop him. You're the legal heirs of your mothers estate, the house the van, her bank accounts everything. He was wrong today you could not put the house into three names. You can stop this.
