QUESTION

Motion to recuse a superior court judge

Asked on Apr 11th, 2014 on Litigation - Washington
More details to this question:
I am a pro se applicant and I have encountered a biased judge in Washington State Superior Court. He clearly is biased against pro se litigants, and has used belittlement and harassment against me in open court, claimed my case belonged in arbitiration, and has refused to enforce the rules of discovery for the Defendants. He has also threatened me with sanctions if I dare to file any future motions of reconsideration. He has already ruled on one motion. Can I still file a motion requesting he recuse himself although he has made one motion ruling?

Once a judge has ruled on the case you can no longer affidavit him (recuse).
