My fiancee was just arrested for either her second or third shoplifting offense. What should we do?

My fiancee was just arrested for either her second or third shoplifting offense and as I sit here worrying and waiting to hear from her. I am wondering what type of punishment she could be facing? Help would be greatly appreciated. Retail value was almost 400.00.

If it is a third offense shoplifting, she could be charged with Property Crime Enhancement, which carries up to 10 years in prison if convicted. I would recommend you consult with a South Carolina criminal defense attorney.
