My stepson falsified documents and had me sign them concerning my husband's estate. Who do I contact for his?

My husband passed away without a will. My stepson and his wife offered to handle the paperwork needed for the surrogate court. I had suffered 2 heart attacks in 2 weeks and my youngest son tried to take his life on Mothers Day needless to say I was not in the best of health mentally or physically. So I accepted their offer to help me. I didn't know they had lied on the documents or that they were notarized without me being present. Not knowing any of this is signed the house over to him. He in turn called the police and had me removed I was unable to get my belongings or the belongings of my late husband.
