More details to this question:
Had a judgment entered against me in 2010 which I agreed to a income deduction order but it was never done in 2010, now 10 years later the company that is a Florida based company which has closed in 2017 has been granted a write of garnishment against my bank account and I am trying to see what my options are in this instance and what can be done.
