It should be easy to find a lawyer in the county in which you wish to file suit. You can find one on the Lawyers.com site or there are many other lawyer-matching services on-line. But you should consider whether you will pay more for the lawyer than your case is worth. Unless there is a contract or statute that provides for attorney's fees, you will have to pay your lawyer yourself and you will not be able to get this back from the adverse party, even if you win your case. Since you say it is a small claims case, I assume it not for a lot of money. But once a lawyer gets involved, it cannot technically be heard in the Small Claims Court, but will have to be moved to the regular General District Court.
