Need helpmotorcycle repair businessScheme to defraud

Shop has had motorcycle going on 3yrs.now closed I know who owner is and where he lives.paid $1,600.00 Have contacted owner I believed he has schemed to defraud me Different story every time I asked about motorcycle,now refuses to answer phone Motorcycle worth $7,000.00 to me $1,600.00 cash ripoff Court fees? Lawyer fees? I would like to civilly sue for motorcycle back or at least $10,000.00 Plus court and lawyer fees Please help before this gets out of hand!

Its already out of hand. Unfortunately, this was horrible handled by you and you will likely needto spend more money out of pocket to address this. It is unlikely this is a "fraud" case as it would be slowest worst fraud scheme I have ever seen where you allow this to go on for 3 years and do nothing about it.
