More details to this question:
My neighbor has been harrassing me and trespassing on my property. I have pictures and I have filed 2 police reports. I just got my property surveyed and they have been putting their stuff on my property lines. What is my next step? I am frustrated.

You can sue them to get an injunction, and if there are damages you can get those. The problem is these cases are expensive to litigate, and as the damage claims are usually low, you are not going to profit on the case.
