QUESTION

Next step after filing Complaint & Notice To Defend

Asked on Jul 05th, 2014 on Civil Litigation - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
Filed the above on May 8, 2014 as the Plaintiff in court of Common Pleas for a civil lawsuit that was originally filed with local Magistrate Office. The original lawsuit was for non-payment of work that I (plaintiff) performed for the Defendant. The defendant filed an Appeal so I filed the Complaint & Notice. We have not heard anything from Defendant, Is our next step to file a Default Judgement?
