QUESTION

Non interest bearing loan.

Asked on Jun 20th, 2019 on Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
My loans was recently purchased by SPS Corp. from Bank of America. Looking at my new statement I see for the first time that there is a non interest bearing loan included in my mortgage. Shouldn't I have been notified by Bank of America when the loan was first originated about this non interest bearing loan? My original loan was with Countrywide before Bank of America took over. I was caught up in the banking scam back in 2008 and Bank of America has some explaining to do as to why they never notified me of this non bearing interest loan that was added onto my mortgage years ago.

Its impossible for anyone to address the why or what of home loans absent reviewing all the documents and the transaction history. You will need to retain a lawyer to examine thisas some expense.
