More details to this question:
This is a case of physical abuse of a minor child who is autistic and non-verbal. The minor was abused while in a residential treatment center by one or more staff members. Does this fall under personal injury or malpractice? How do I find someone who specializes in working with special needs?

I think that any attorney who does personal injury will be able to assist you. This is very close to a nurse home situation so you might look for an attorney who does nursing home cases.
