More details to this question:
bought a motorhome from original owner. odmeter said 97000 miles but last two carfax entries were 187000 miles hand 193,000 miles. I paid 22,500. now worth half that. do i have any recourse?

This is likely a violation of Fla. STat. 501.201. YOu need to retain a lawyer and go from there.
