QUESTION

OPEN MVA CASE

Asked on Apr 27th, 2018 on Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
I have an open MVA case with the at fault driver. The opposing attorneys requested my work history which I provided. My last job let me go due to my injuries and not being able to fulfill my duties. I found another job but worried about disability discrimination and not getting the job I did not disclose my medical conditions (because I need to work at least part time due to my financial mess and losing everything). I left that company last year and I am not working at the present time. Can the non disclosure of my medical condition to my last employer affect my open MVA case.
