More details to this question:
i help a friend get her car out of repo by taking 4 payday loans out for her to get her car, she swore she would pay the loans and not mess me over, she pay the first time and that was it now a year later she still hasnt paid me for the loans and i am being taken to court for breach of contract and fraud , she gave me a check taht bounced which i have and she keep putting me off , she told a mutual friend about the money and so i have a statement from that person too , but do i have a case i have all the paperwork the bounced check , i have settled one of the loans two are in collection and one i am currently paying and so i am hurt with a wife and two kids, then she claimed bankruptcy also so i dont know what to do

How much money did you loan your friend? If it was less than $5000 you can sue her for the amount due in small claims court. The fact that you have some evidence of the debt should help you prove your case. Her bankruptcy filing does not change the fact that you made a personal loan to her unless she specifically listed you as a creditor from whom she sought bankruptcy protection (which she probably didn't).
