Pet custody after breakup. My ex and I were in verbal agreement of visitation after, now they say no. What can I do, I'm in Florida? I have vet records, paid vet bills, text messages, a letter from the lady who gave us the pets, and possibly more. I'm not looking for custody per se, I'm looking for visitation righs.

UNless you are willing to spemd tousands of dollars over such a dispute - pets are property and possession is 9/10's of the law so to speak.
