please help me with my harassing neighbor

I have been harassed by my neighbor to the point where i do not want to get out of my car when he and the other neighbor are outside. One of them threatened to make my grandchildren a hood ornament on his car. The other one has sexually harassing me asking me to kiss him not accepting no for an answer. i have several reports on him and I need help. I have to leave my home because i have ptsd and i am scared of them. They have used vulgar language to my 11 and 15 year old grandchildren. He takes xanax and drinks every night and harasses my family. I am not sure who but one of them has been messing with my vehicle on the night of one of the last three episodes i got in my truck and it started to overheat i looked in the hood and my radiator cap was gone oil was drained and my truck blew up. I have no proof but it was one flat tire after another. Things being unhooked like my stearing etc.

You simply need to decide whther this has risen to the point of hiring a lawyer, at your expense, to sue and hold them repsonsible for the conduct. If it has, thats the starting point.
