QUESTION

Possibly getting a divorced. Could I possibly keep the gifts that was given to me whole being married? Could I get spousal support?

More details to this question:
If we got divorced, would I be able to keep my Escape since it was a gift? I'm now disabled and I was wondering if I could possibly get spousal support to help with the bills since he was the one working and paying them before left?
