QUESTION

Previous employer accusing me of stalking her.

Asked on Jul 29th, 2020 on Civil Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
My previous employer has been obsessed with me since I left in 2018. I found out recently that she has been accusing me of HANG UP calls that have been going on since about the time I left the organization. I would turn over my phone now to FBI to prove it has not been me. I've never done this. Further, she is dragging my good name through the mud because I reported her in a Whistleblower document before I left the organization. All retaliation. She has recently employed the local police to look into her stalker. AGAIN It is not me and I am more than willing to provide statements from carrier for phone calls. I have nothing to hide. I am not interested in being sued by this woman and I am frustrated she continues. Trust me, there are more people in this world that hate her besides me. LOL I am sure she has tons of admirers! How can I protect myself?

You essentially can't. You either hope she gets tired and goes away OR you belly up to the bar, retain a lawyer, and pursue her offensively in litigation with the hope she finds that unsavory and seeks to do something different. Understand that litigation is NOT an inexpensive enterprise.
