QUESTION

ProSe Deposition, is it leading?

Asked on Feb 08th, 2015 on Litigation - New Jersey
More details to this question:
In New Jersey, and representing myself; I'm going to be deposing my opponent in the next few weeks. Would it be considered leading if I asked a question similar to: "Have you ever told anyone (such as your next door neighbor Tom) that you let the air out of my tires?" This would be asked knowing that if the incident did happen, the opposition likely would have told Tom, but at the time I am asking, they have no idea if Tom may or may not have given me a statement.
