More details to this question:
i faxed a medical released form consent to a hospital in seattle in return in was sent the wrong medical records of a unknown person which in turn makes me believe since the fax cover letter sent with the records sent to me was a copy of the original fax letter {mines} and the wrong records i believe my records are floating out there some where (very sensitive medical information)can iseek compensation from the medical institution
