Contact a Personal Injury Attorney as soon as possible to review all facts and circumstances-especially details regarding the dog which caused your injury- and hopefully obtain representation. However, if you are interested in consulting with one of us, you will have to reach out, as attorneys are unable to directly solicit on this forum.

Yes you should get contingency fee representation which means you pay nothing unless you win. Dog owners are strictly liable for all injuries their dogs cause and because you are a business invitee, the dog owner owes you a higher duty of care. Discuss with counsel here in Florida.  Stephen Black, Esq. 407-581-2581
