Small claims court motion to set aside final judgment.

More details to this question:
I took a towing company to a small claims court for damages to my vehicle, the defendant didn’t show up so I was awarded the final judgment but two weeks later I received a letter fro there attorney that a motion t set aside the final judgment for excusable neglect because they forget the date of the court.i tough the small claims judgments are final and is forgetting a court date is an excusable negligence? And should I assist to the motion to se aside the final judgment? Thank you

This is why you need lawyers in court proceedings...period. You need to hire a lawyer ASAP now.
