QUESTION

Stalking

Asked on Feb 14th, 2017 on Civil Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
I have been harassed and stalked by a church cult since 2014 from the State of Nevada to Tampa, and now I just moved into my home in Brooksville florida. They follow me every where I go in convoy of cars, they know the restaurants where I eat, wait for me in parking lots and side streets, go inside stores and follow and even make comments. I have over 80 blocked calls and now in this new neighborhood they are starting to park on side streets waiting. I have had my new home knocked on and a loud noise that two other neighbors heard on the first night of move in. Who can I get any help from? This has been going on since 2014. They follow me on any beach, any city I travel to and shopping malls. They waited for me while I tried to hold down a retail job but it was impossible as they would stalk the store.

You will have to hire a lawyer at an hourly rate and retainer to start to help you sort this stuff out. Unfortunately, many such cults act in such a fashion. In this area we have Scientology under similar allegations most recently in an expose by Leah Remini that has caused a stir. Sadly, there may be no clear or simple remedy as such ogansizations are often very adept at walking the line of propriety.
