More details to this question:
Im being sued by a loan company and i gave birth early jan. My husband answered my phone when they called while i was still in the hospital he tol them id be on maternity leave until feb 27th. So i couldnt do payments until i started working again. They said that it was fine; but apparently no it wasnt. I $566 and some change and theyre taking me to court and want me to pay over $1000. Is there anyway to come to a settlement with the loan instead of having to go to court? If not do i have to pay everything else theyre wanting me to since they never explained that when i went to get the loan?

You can work out a settlement if you call them and they agree to a settlement.
