I just got sued for an accident that happened in 2014. I had insurance and the damage was minor to her car. She is claiming injury of $150,000 & $50,000 emotional damage + damage to her car $16,000. I live 400 miles way in the same state but, different county in California. I also have little money and assets. What should I do?

You should report it to whoever your insurance company was at the time of the accident. They should provide you with a defense.
