More details to this question:
I have a case for a few unpaid bills which I am fighting all of them. We had a court date set for September and I just got in the mail that the plantiff's lawyer is going for a summary juedgement. What legal course do I have now?

You have to oppose the summary judgment motion by showing that there are material factual disputes which require a trial to resolve.
