SUmmonds on a natural person was given and Defendant did not respond in 20 days. How to i proceed to request a hearing with the court. Is there a motion i have to request. Looking for a palm beach florida attorney to answer. I will be using the online service of the 15th judicial circuit court

If you are unsure as to how to even address a a default in litigation, its an obvious sign you are in way over your head as a pro-se litigant. You need to HIRE not consult with a lawyer in your area to handle the litigation going forward before you botch it up.
