Summons on under age drinking. Do I need a lawyer?

Summons was given at Belmont Stakes and I was not drinking but associated with others that were. I have a court date today. What should I do?

In NYC, ask for "ACD" which is a conditional dismissal. It means that if you do nothing else for six months, your record is clean and the conviction is not reported.
