Travel agency

More details to this question:
I am out $4,000 by a travel agency where the airline was cancelled within 24 hrs and the airlines stated it was a fraud and I objected to my bank and they received verification from the travel agency I did not cancel and it took so long getting the airline to respond my bank said it was too late even admitted they don’t handle their own credit cards and missed the travel agency said I booked the flight on the 25 for a flight on the 24 and yet believed the travel agency

This post is confusing as to what actually happened. Bottom line is you will need to retain a lawyer to intervene to address this it seems.
