Unfair water rate charges, can anything be done about it?

More details to this question:
I own a restaurant in manhattan and I've always paid the water bill without any issue. All of a sudden after new ownership my bill is three times the normal rate. My Lanlord is charging me his own custom rate and not the rate stated in the lease which should be 75% of the NYC water bill.

The lease will govern. As this may end up in court, make sure to document your issues in writing, and pay what you think you owe.
