More details to this question:
I purchased a new truck with Marysville Ford at the beginning of August. I paid $20,000 down and financed the rest with Ford Motor Credit($27,795.00). After purchasing the truck, the dealership said that they were having issues registering the truck in my home state of Alaska(Military). They said that Ford Credit wouldn't allow them to title the truck there because the address didn't match the application. I told the dealer that I would just pay off the Lien so it would not be a problem, which I did. The dealer then called me back a few days later and said that they would not register the truck in Alaska like I wanted and said that I could pay $4k to register the truck in Washington, I refused. The dealer then said that they wanted to un-wind the deal and take the truck back and return my deposit. I spoke with Ford Motor Credit and they said that they would refund the $27,795 that I sent them. Three weeks later Ford states that they cant refund the $27,795.
