Civil Complaint filed in NC Superior Court. Defendant properly served according to 'Rule 4' (Process) vis Certified Mail Return Receipt. No response from Defendant. Amended Complaint filed and Defendant served via First Class Mail. (Not Certified) Was the Defendant properly served to effect a Default Judgment?
