what actions should i take after being found not guilty of a rape charge

More details to this question:
i lost my car had damages to my credit lost both jobs i had and im haveing a hard time adjusting back into the nromal world ...im struggling badly those two years i felt so low about my self because everybody cast me aside and thought so badly about me ...im just trying to start my life back but its hard when your credit is ruined due to me being in jail on something i didn't do

Bear in mind that being found not guilty is NOT absolution. There is likely not much to do, as if there was enough for the case to go to trial it will make claiming the case was meritless difficult. If you expect to sue the accuser you would have to have some substantial evidence that she perjured herself in some fashion and such a case would not likely be a contingent fee case, unless the accuser was highly collectable for a lot of damages. You can talk to your crminal defense counsel about oher remedies for recovering legal fees or the like.
